As soon as you enter, you can’t help but notice the relaxed but always professional service. No need to remind you that the restaurant has been awarded the title of “Maître Restaurateur” (Master Restaurateur).

This restaurant bar in Paris rapidly draws the eye to its cosy interior, at the same time neat and sophisticated with its large benches. The establishment knows how to welcome guests in a warm and lively setting at all times, especially for lunch and dinner.

A giant clock, a stylish timber design, a floor covered with coins: the signature décor evokes the old Stock Exchange located just a few metres from the establishment, while remaining relaxed. The menu keeps to the essentials: short and well crafted.

A restaurant bar in Paris with refined “neo-bistronomique” cuisine

Trader’s is a restaurant bar in Paris that offers a “bistronomique” meal at lunchtime, and changes its image in the evening to become a cocktail bar.

At lunchtime, Chef Marco Pizelli never disappoints with his full-flavoured dishes and offers delicious small plates every day that change according to the fresh produce available. Beef cheek cromesquis, fried scallops and Jerusalem artichoke purée with cream of shellfish, candied farmhouse pork belly, swordfish tataki, or grilled line-caught hake will titillate the taste buds.

In the evening, Trader’s turns into a cocktail bar. The lights go down and the music goes up, and the ceiling turns on itself to reveal a new look that fits perfectly with the festive atmosphere that develops. Time for tapas and appetisers on boards. The team invites you to taste the duck croquettes with sweet and sour sauce, Iberian cold meats, and don’t forget the cabbage topped with a light cream with salted butterscotch and tonka bean caramel.

A unique cocktail menu

The bar menu is well stocked and unlike any other. The exclusive creations of Ludo, the master barman, guarantee a pleasant evening.

Trader’s offers cocktails that will delight gin lovers. Not forgetting the “Fragola” with vodka, strawberry puree, Italian prosecco and basil leaves, the “Junansei” with Peruvian pisco, rice water, lime and bergamot, or the “Lady-boy” mixing vodka, lime, tomato juice, soy sauce and Mexican tabasco. Of course, other non-alcoholic drinks and detox juices can always be made to order on request.

At the 5 pm happy hour, Trader’s offers you two cocktail creations for 15 euros. And at 7.30 pm, the team doesn’t leave out the latecomers by serving two cocktails and a tapa for 23 euros Plenty to satisfy everyone!
