Head towards the Marais district and stop at 26 rue Beautreillis. Upon entering, you will be taken by a warm and intimate atmosphere. The decor is tidy and refined and you may choose to sit at a table or at the counter (a mini terrace is also available).
You can even use the little cushions available throughout the restaurant, giving you the impression that you’re in a cozy cocoon.
Besides the comfortable mood of the restaurant, we have the cooking of the talented Axel Brizard. A Breton by birth, he knows all the secrets of cooking fish and seafood. After having earned his stripes at Robuchon and Nobu in London, he set up shop at his restaurant in Paris Marais district.
The cuisine here falls into the category of fusion, with Asian, South American, and European elements. Tapas is meant to be shared, so let’s take a look at the menu: Delicious burratina with white peach and black olive tapenade; for fish-lovers, whole octopus tentacle, mini crab and quinoa tacos or even exotic pollack ceviche with leche de tigre. For carnivores, tender beef tataki with salsa verde, foie gras gyoza, or lamb shoulder with pastilla.

What would Tapas be without great cocktails? At the bar, the New York-educated barman is waiting to excite you with his creations. Like the food, everything at the bar is home-made. Among the bar offerings are around 15 alcoholic cocktails as well as “Mocktails” without alcohol made with a bases of lemonade and fruit juice. Wine lovers aren’t left out with Homies’ extensive wine menu.
A reasonably priced set menu is available for lunch at 9 € for 1 tapas dish, 18 € for 2 tapas and 26 € for 3 tapas of your choice. Fear not if the restaurant is full – the little brother of this restaurant in Paris Marais district, Homies Bis, would be happy to have you and they are located only a few steps away.
It is possible to rent the restaurant for private events, as well.
