An immersive and personalised team building to unite your teams

Kiabi challenged us to organise a fun and interactive team building to strengthen cohesion between its employees. Booster2Success responded by creating a personalised programme in Lorient, based around a Brittany treasure hunt combining city discovery and team challenges. We offered them a programme in the heart of the city, with the option of personalising their departure and arrival points close to their seminar day. Here is a look back at their fun and very unique adventure!

This Breton seminar offers a flexible itinerary, in which we take into account logistical and timing constraints. Participants’ journey began at the foot of the Cité de la Voile, promise of a smooth day for the teams. They then explored Lorient city centre in a fun and very unique way with our Lorient escape game, before ending their Lorient team building in one of the Cité de la Voile’s bars for a final, convivial moment.

The practical details of a unifying and corporate Lorient scavenger hunt

This Morbihan team building can be adapted to suit your needs, and we have several scenarios in store for this Lorient scavenger hunt to best meet your expectations and objectives! In this case, Kiabi has opted for an investigation around the world, our interactive game, based on geolocated challenges to symbolically travel through different cultures while visiting the city of Lorient. Riddles to solve, clues hidden throughout the city, cohesion challenges… Kiabi’s teams had around two hours to try and complete their investigation around the world! These moments of exploration were the perfect opportunity to strengthen their team spirit in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere. With a capacity of between 10 and 200 participants, this is also your chance, just as here, to invite the ideal number of participants and thus combine cohesion, discovery and exchange! A change of working environment always allows teams to recharge their batteries while enjoying a pure moment of relaxation (all the more so with the fresh Breton air!).
